To protect your PST file from any disputes, keep your PST file password protected.

To protect your PST file follow these steps:

1. Select Personal folder, Right Click the folder
2. Choose Properties for “Personal Folder”
3. Then it displays Outlook Today - [Personal Folder] Properties window
4. Click Advanced button, then it presents Personal Folder window
5. Click Change Password Button.
