Resolve PST issues due to synchronization between iTunes and Outlook

When you restart MS Outlook after synchronizing your Outlook’s contact book with contacts in your iPhone using iTunes, you may receive following error message:

“Outlook file was not closed properly the last time it was used and it must be checked for errors.”

After viewing the error message, when you click the OK button to check the file for possible errors, MS Outlook does not display any error message but also does not allow you to access your email messages.
